Live engagements are mid-flight. We don't publish a case study until the customer has used the system in production for a quarter and the numbers are honest. Until then: the work is happening, the page is empty.

A case study lands here when three things are true: the system has been live for at least a quarter, the customer has signed off on the numbers, and we have a clean before-and-after on the customer experience metric we set out to move. We'd rather show you nothing than show you a fake number.

Every case study reports the customer experience metric we moved, the hours of human time we saved, and the customer's words on what changed.

If we ship a system that doesn't earn its keep, that goes here too. The studio runs a graveyard. The automations arm will too.
