Every engagement runs through the same four stages. Each stage has an exit criterion. We don't move forward until the stage is done. We don't ship code and walk away.

AUDIT

Two weeks. We sit with your team, watch the work, instrument the workflow. We come back with a written read on which workflows are worth building against, the rough ROI, and the order of operations.

A written audit doc. You decide whether to commission Phase 02.

BLUEPRINT

Two to four weeks. We write the blueprint: data model, agent topology, integration points, security posture, fallback paths. The blueprint is what gets built against. Reviewed line by line with you.

Approved blueprint, fixed scope and price for the build.

BUILD

Six to twelve weeks depending on scope. We ship in two-week increments, in your stack, against your data. You see working software at the end of every sprint. No black boxes.

Production system in your environment, with monitoring, runbooks, and a handoff doc.

OPERATE

Ongoing. We stay in the work post-launch. Tuning, retraining, edge-case handling, new workflow expansion. Monthly retainer, not hourly billing. Your team sees us in their Slack the day after launch and the year after.

Renewal at the end of every quarter, on either side. We keep going if it keeps working.
