The problem
construction runs on patched-together tools, scattered spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge. The operators we co-founded with had lived inside that mess for years. They knew which workflows AI could compress and which would resist it.
02 · WHAT WE BUILT
What we built
We co-founded Peak Windows at formation. The studio shipped the build (product, brand, GTM, automation) and stayed on as the operating team. The founder brought domain depth and owned the capital strategy.
03 · WHAT WE LEARNED
What we learned
AI-native doesn’t mean AI-everywhere. The wedge was a single workflow done well. Once that landed, the rest of the product earned its place. We carry that pattern into every new company.
